As we approach the new year, we found ourselves reflecting on the last 12 months. It's certainly been memorable and one for the history books! So without further ado, here's the A to Z round up of Erstwilder’s 2020...
Art Nouveau
Magnificent, luxurious, opulent. Designed by the lovely Elena Leong, the feedback from our first Art Nouveau collection was amazing! Should we bring it back?!
Broochtober
Who can resist a weekly challenge? How about dressing in theme? Certainly not us! Next October can’t come around quick enough.
Care Bears
You asked and you asked, and you asked some more, so this past July we made your dreams a reality. Cuddle time made it’s Erstwilder debut, and boy was it popular – we’ve never sold out of an entire collection quicker!
Donations
This year, with your incredible support, we were able to raise over $100,000 shared between Wires Wildlife Rescue, Port Macquarie Koala Hospital, Endometriosis Australia, Red Dust Australia, Foodbank Australia, ANZAC Poppy Appeal, headspace and Minus18. Thank you again!
Erstwildians
We LOVE our EW community, particularly when we hear about all the wonderful memories our designs were lucky to be a part of. Email us your stories any time, we love a good ol’ chinwag through the interwebs.

We brought back some golden oldies this year. Fun fact: This year, Draco The Dreaded made his first appearance outside his lair since 2013! 💗

With our beautiful hometown of Melbourne in lockdown for most of 2020, many of our team were working from home or adjusting to the new normal at HQ. But we got through it with your support! 💗

After you all spent an entire year telling us we needed to do another Pete Cromer collection, well who were we to refuse?! This time with a Christmas twist 🎄
Quirky Characters
This year saw quite a few new quirky characters arrive, including Love Boat, Trot or Treat and the adorable Sunnies & Seeds!
Resin Obsessions
And the resin of year award goes to…Glitter Ripple resin in a gorgeous emerald colour. You’ll see this one throughout the Art Nouveau collection, on many of our Essential earrings and in the Fan Favourite recolour of our On The Prowl cat brooch.
Snoopy
We couldn’t resist ending the year with this beloved beagle and his PEANUTS® gang, for their 70th year anniversary!
Three!
Three’s a charm, and that’s also the number of Erstwilder team members who announced they are having babies this year! We’re so excited! Something must be in the water at HQ…
Valentine's
A couple of firsts with this collection - our first ever Valentine's collection and our first ever heart shaped box. Weren’t they so cute!
Whatever The Weather
Our last collection designed with the lovely Jess Racklyeft was certainly one of the most memorable, with its cheerful story-book characters and splashes of colour 🌈

What a year we’ve all had. Here at Erstwilder, we’ve been fortunate enough to be kept extremely busy throughout 2020, making sure that you all had plenty of quirky accessories to put smiles on your dials. Now, it’s time for the team at HQ to take a well-deserved break!
