An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager with at least 2 years’ experience in warehousing to join the Erstwilder fulfilment team! Reporting directly to and working closely with our Operations Manager and supervising an energetic and talented team of order fulfilment staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations of Erstwilder HQ! This means coordinating the team of casual employees, managing the order fulfilment process from go to woe, maintaining inventory integrity throughout the warehouse, and applying your acquired knowledge of proven warehouse practices in a collaborative environment where laying the foundations for growth is always at the forefront of what we do.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a well-organised team player who is equally at home both giving and receiving instruction. You will have experience using inventory management software and systems. Time management will come naturally to you since you are process orientated and have an appreciation and understanding of the inherent urgency of warehouse operations. Experience in ecommerce is advantageous but not essential. Attention to detail is key to your success in this role, as is the ability to think outside the box and develop warehouse solutions that facilitate constant improvement.
